The world through my eyes: July 2006

Good day to everybody

The Saturday started very well - swimming for an hour, and I am quite content. Although I can not swim a lot yet, I managed to make 19 lengths of the pool. I hope it will become more later.

I have to do some stuff today which is not very much, but in my eyes it looks quite time consuming. Most importantly I need to prepare a CV in order to apply for a job at google. Then I have to read about J2EE and web services. I want to be prepared for the interview on Tuesday. Fiirst, though, I am going to start with some house work - dishes, food, cooking. If everything goes well I'll finish the day with some a party :), or at least I'll water my friend's flowers :).

Applications for job

I have just finished applying for a job at SAP. I hope I have some luck and become a colleage of some of my best friends.

Perfect start for the Bulgarian teams in UEFA Cup

Tonight the Bulgarian teams won their games in the UEFA Cup.
First CSKA got lucky and won against Dinamo Tirana in Albania with 1:0. If CSKA play the same way I doubt they'll go very much further.
Lokomotiv Sofia scored twice against FK Makedonia to secure the win. In their first European game for a decade the team had to battle hard for the success. I believe the return leg will not be very easy.
For me the best performance of the evening was from Litex. Not that their opponent is some famous club, but the Slovenian teams still bring bitter memories to me. After the 1:0 in Slovenia, I expect Litex to score more than 4 times after a week.

Telephone Interview

I have just received an invitation for a phone interview on Tuesday, I need first to prepare though. My experience from before showed me that I have to read first in order to feel confident.

I have just finished jogging today :), it feels great. I hope I'll lose some weight as well.

Today are the matches of three of the Bulgarian participants in the UEFA cup. I hope Loko Sf and Litex win and CSKA lose :D. Still, I wish to all of the teams good luck.
